How to Reserve a Puppy
We keep the process simple and transparent from the first message to pickup day.
Step 1 — Choose your puppy
Browse the available Frenchies above and click “View Details” to see more photos and info.
Step 2 — Message us to confirm
Send a quick message with the puppy’s name and any questions. We’ll confirm availability and next steps.
Step 3 — Secure your reservation
When you’re ready, we’ll guide you through the 20% holding fee and payment process to reserve your puppy.
Green House Frenchie Holding Fee
Holding Fee: 20% of the puppy’s total price
A 20% holding fee is required to reserve your Frenchie. This fee is non-refundable. Once received, your puppy will be marked Reserved and removed from advertising.
A refund is only issued if a veterinary exam confirms a serious medical/health issue that was unknown at the time of reservation.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and payments through Stripe. Contact us before sending payment so we can provide the correct instructions.
Financing is available through Terrace Pets, powered by Terrace Finance. One application can connect you with payment solution providers. Terrace Pets is not a lender. Programs and approval amounts vary by state and depend on credit eligibility. Approval is not guaranteed. Applicants must be 18 or older.
